Suffering from stress?
Stress is a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances.
A person may suffer stress due to the following reasons:
a.) Family problem
b.) Peer pressure
c.) Work related problems
d.) Financial Crisis
e) Health Problems.

10 ways of relieving stress
1. Eat well
Some of the stressed people tend to think over and over again about their problems. Thinking problems will make you more stressed and will lower your self-esteem. Other people will eat what they want because for them eating will help them forget the problems. But they are wrong, eating a lot will not help them combat their problems. It will trigger to a lot of problems instead, especially to your health. A simple understanding to help relieve your stress is to eat healthy food. Do not skip any meals. Do keep healthful, energy-boosting snacks on hand instead.
2. Think positive
A stressed person may think that there will be no other way to solve the problem. For me this one is the easiest way of combating stress, just make an effort to replace negative thoughts with positive ones. Just remember that you are not the only person who is encountering problems. Many of us, but nothing is permanent in this world, our nation has a greater problem than us. Face it with confidence and let it out with a positive energy.
3.Cry
You are emotionally stressed. You will not cry because you want the whole world to see that you're strong enough, strong enough to fake your smile. But nothing is wrong with crying. Crying will help you out and forget your problems. It will help to make you feel better. Trust me.
5. Do some exercise moves
Some of us are working so hard for our living that we forget to care for ourselves. I add this from relieving stress because when you do exercise at least 30 mins a day it helps you boost your confidence, it even helps to forget your problems. At least boosting confidence will make you feel good in the inside same as on the outside.
6. Laugh
Laugh till your heart aches (Kidding). They say that laughing is the best medicine. It's true indeed! Laughing could be very helpful since it works on your mind, body and soul. Once you're laughing your thinking about good memories, that's why it will burn your stressful thinking. It's hard to laugh when you're facing problems, but it's only a problem, it can vanish anytime, but laughing or happiness comes only in a second. But don't laugh too many others might think you're out of your mind (",). Just laugh when there are reasons to laugh. Just think of good memories. And there you are, smiling.
7. Take a deep breath
An air is one of the best gifts that GOD gave us. But our air now is polluted. You may not go to a place like this just to breath, but you can take a deep breath after feeling bad. And now you feel better.
8. Find the right person to talk to
We may have a hard time looking for a right person to talk to especially if problems are confidential. Trusting a person will take a lot of time. Don't take your problem very personal (It's literal) share it, I mean don't share your problems, share your thoughts, with a friend, family, or to those people whom you trusted most. It can easily take your stress away, they might give you pieces of advice, help and support you in any way they can. They will take care of you. Don't overthink problems on your own, share it.
9. Get enough sleep
A stress might be from your home, office, or even on the outside. It will be very hard to accept things. But if you care for yourself, take a break, don't be a superhero that you can do everything. There will always be a rainbow after the rain (inspired by a song). After being stressed, relax, take a deep breath, and get enough sleep. Remember, tomorrow will always be another day for you. It's not a new problem. It's another beginning.
